Helping today  Helping tommorow
A retreat center where people who have lost themselves can find their way back, through nature, stillness, and community. Starting in Bangladesh. Growing slowly around the world.
Lost and Found is our upcoming retreat center. We are starting in Bangladesh and growing slowly from there. It exists for one reason: to give people who have lost themselves somewhere along the way a place to stop running, stop performing, and simply be.
Modern life keeps asking more and more of us. Be productive. Be available. Be positive. Always. For a lot of people, that relentlessness has a real cost. You lose touch with who you actually are. With what you need. With why any of it matters. Lost and Found is built for that feeling. It is a space where the work of reconnecting with yourself is held by nature, mindfulness, professional guidance, and real human community.
Healing thourgh nature always
Slowing down to come back to you.
Connection that changes everything
Guided by experienced therapists.
What happens at Lost & Found
Guided walks, forest bathing, outdoor meditation, and long unhurried time in nature. The natural world has always been one of humanity's deepest healers. We just forgot to use it.
Daily yoga and mindful movement practices that are genuinely accessible at every level. Designed to help your body and mind find each other again, and to release what you have been carrying for too long.
Sound bath sessions using singing bowls, instruments, and voice. One of the oldest and most powerful ways to settle a nervous system that has been running on high alert for far too long.
Hands in the earth, working with permaculture principles. There is something deeply restorative about growing things, tending to living things, and remembering that you are part of natural cycles that have been here long before any of us.
Facilitated group sessions led by licensed therapists. A genuinely safe space to share, to be witnessed by other people, and to experience the particular kind of healing that only community can provide.
Intentional quiet time, journaling prompts, and genuinely unscheduled space. Because healing is not only about doing things. Sometimes the most important thing is to simply stop and rest.
You do not need to be in crisis to come to Lost and Found. You do not need a diagnosis or a referral from anyone. You just need to feel that you have lost touch with yourself and want to find your way back. People who have come include:
Our first retreat center is being developed in Bangladesh, a country of extraordinary natural landscapes. From the lush green river deltas of the south to the Chittagong Hill Tracts, there is a beauty and a quiet here that is genuinely rare in the modern world. The landscape is not just a backdrop. It is part of the healing itself.
From Bangladesh we will grow slowly and carefully, one location at a time, each one properly rooted in the community and culture it is part of. We would much rather build five spaces that feel genuinely meaningful than fifty that feel like they could be anywhere. If you want to co-develop a Lost and Found location in your country, we would love to talk.
